I personally feel that the current Board is more concerned with what Wyndham wants instead of what owners want. Many past decisions seem to have been made without consulting owners needs and wants. For Example, owners are constantly complaining about the level of pressure and harassment to attend an “update” when checking in, and they are also constantly sharing about all of the lies they are being told by Wyndham in these updates just to try and scare them into buying more credits. I think the website has been a complete disaster, and I am not a fan of noon checkouts being moved to 10am.(Seems like 11am would be better). But I believe the Board has remained mostly silent on these issues. We need a board that will represent owners. But in order to overcome Wyndham’s large block of votes, all our owner votes need to be for the same candidates. WM Owners Inc is made up of owners who want owners interests represented and will vote to secure a candidate that will do that. By assigning your proxies to WM Owners Inc all of our votes can count towards the right candidate. I am assigning my proxies to WM Owners Inc. (Do not vote for a candidate, just send in your proxy)
