We are very disappointed in the management and present board that keeps increasing the property fees/maintenance fees and says it’s necessary due to increased management costs and the latest is utility costs. It’s always an excuse however there seems to be enough money to place tv commercials. Due to poor management the resorts are always overbooked and it’s rare to be able to book any time anywhere in the country and you continue selling time.
I would appreciate being connected to an organization that would be interested in buying my points as i want to get away from Worldmark and the poor management and little caring for owners..
..,Especially after receiving the latest assessed fee “due to utility costs”. That fee on top of the ever increasing yearly fees just assessed.

This is a big problem with Worldmark. The charge for Wi-Fi should be included in the fees for Worldmark. I am a Travelshare owner and feel that two devices is ridiculous nowadays. I will vote for anyone who brings this up and gets it changed with Worldmark.
I am constantly giving my feedback everytime I stay in a unit at the Worldmark. All other hotels I stay in provide free Wi-Fi. I knowWorldMark is behind on the times with our social media.

I have difficulty each year trying to vote. This year the candidates are uncontested, so voting is of very little value, but please make it easier to access a voting document where I can simply enter the authorizing number that I receive by email and cast my votes.
