We have been members since 2000. We loved the concept and the properties but over the years my enthusiasm for the Club has waned. Things I would like to see changed -1. lower maintenance fee increases (it has become almost unaffordable), 2. better communications from the management team regarding ownership changes and Club exit (it shouldn’t take months to do these things and keeping the owners in the loop with updates is vital, 3. doing away with high pressure “concierge” pushes to go to “owner updates” i.e. sale pitches (be able to opt-out of “invitations” to go to these meetings). It really does affect the way I feel about Wyndham and negatively affects the joy of vacationing. I’m looking for Board candidates that support these changes.

I am going to vote for Preston Hampton because of the thorough analysis he presented in his application for the Board. I hope you read his application and think carefully about how to protect our rights at Worldmark.
I sold my two weeks at a large, elegant Wyndham Resort because it was so paternal, my rights as an owner were being eaten away.
Worldmark mark has been more flexible for my lifestyle and I could choose from many locations.
I don’t want the easy availability of Worldmark to be eroded away by management that has no voice from owners. That is why I read Preston’s analysis so thoroughly. I hope you do the same.
