I have been an owner since the year 2000. I love Worldmark. The biggest problem I have is their Wi-Fi and the fees charged to use the Wi-Fi. Resort2 has been a total disappointment and it’s time to change. This is the biggest issue I have with the ownership of Worldmark. I am hoping the new board will have the initiative to make some changes when it comes to something so vital as Internet connection and Goodwill for those guests who come with people like myself and see that they have to pay extra because they want the Internet WiFi. It doesn’t promote happy relationships for those who are visiting the facilities for the first time or for several times and always have to pay extra to get whatever every other hotel gives them as being a hotel guest. Resort to also is not consistent and I did get hacked because of going in and using the Wi-Fi of the hotel in Seaside. When I called Comcast, they looked up the IP address and said it was compromised! Hence the hacking.
Please correct this consistent irritant… Resort 2 Wi-Fi.
